Homosexuality: A Tool of the State

Homosexuality is a tool of the state.

It’s used as a means to disintegrate, divide, and weaken families. Why would the state want something like this? Because families, healthy and properly constituted, are a huge threat to the state. As long as your family tree doesn’t resemble a family twig, you comprise a potential unit of resistance against the oligarchs of the state (remember, those wicked folks who hate you and seek domination). There is legitimate strength in numbers, but it must be cohesive strength.

No matter much the homosexualists wish you to argue contrary, gay units (I’m not calling them families) do not produce family trees. Without families, what some people even think of as “clans,” you cannot mount a serious opposition to a wicked state. Even churches cannot do this (on their own) because their vitality flows from their member families.

The sterile and usually dysfunctional structures of gay units pose no threat whatsoever. As Timothy Gordon and others have noted, the worst thing we could do for families, is to allow the marital dynamic to devolve into a functionally gay marriage. Doing so would automatically preclude all of the same sterility. In other words, men and women can’t both pretend to be husbands and bread winners. That’s little more than a gay marriage between opposite sexes (bizarre as that may seem).

Let us do as much as we can, prayerfully and in action, to halt the statist wheels of the gay juggernaut. This includes the promotion of gay units as well as heterosexual marriages wrought with contraception that closely resemble gay units.

One last note: remember all of this when they try to cram gay pride down our throats in about a week and a half.

Deus vult! Pray the Rosary for marriage, families, and Holy Church.

Safety Stasis: The Supreme Sultans of Sanctimony

Behold the “Safety Freak”

I just felt like creating a good aliteration with the title.

In all seriousness though, safety freaks have to be the most sanctimonious people to ever walk the earth. This is not confined to the Covid paranoia either.

Workplace safety, which is a legitimate concern, is an opportunity for people to virtue signal and grandstand, with the aim of appearing holier safer than thou. It’s beyond pharasaical too. Anybody who has worked for a big company knows what I’m talking about here. All of management (disingenuously) worships at the altar of safety.

Ditch the Safety Idolatry. Love Holy Church.

Just Shut Down Everything! Forever and Ever!

Shut down, shut down, shut down.

Everything must come to a halt in the shut-down/cancel culture.

Bridges and reservoirs? Close them.

Oil pipelines. Shut them down.

Scary virus? Shelter in place and lock the door. Close the stupid schools. Make people surrender their businesses.

Too many talking too “dissidently” on the Web, shut that down too.

The last resort: shut people down . . . with extreme prejudice.

Watch for it, brethren. It’s coming and you better make good with God.

Pray. Pray. Pray.

Crypto Can Be Confiscated!

For all my friends who believe the crypto curencies are a fool-proof bet, I invite you think twice and thrice about it.

You can chide me all you want for being a paranoid “gold bug,” but physical ownership of something is a lot more secure than owning crypto that could be seized by the same folks who cancel, regulate, and steal everything under the sun. I don’t care if it’s Bitcoin, Dog Coin, Cat Coin, whatever.

In the words of Darth Vader, “Don’t be true proud of this technological terror you’ve constructed . . .” After all, the ability to amass tons of digital wealth . . . is insignificant next to the power of the Holy Spirit. Put your faith in God, not any of these means of “beating the system.”

Price Gouging on Gasoline? Yes, Please!

I want to head this one off before we (inevitably) get to it.

Price gouging is actually a good thing when we are met with acute shortages. WE WANT BUSINESSES TO PRICE GOUGE. It’s the only way to stop retards from hoarding things amidst a panic. For some good academic writing on why price gouging is a good thing, check here, here, here, here, and here.

Of course, given what’s transpired in recent days (Colonial Pipeline problems), this will be an issue if it isn’t already as I write this. Don’t complain about gouging. Remember how stupid people were with the toilet paper and hand sanitizer last year. Price gouging is how the market corrects and prevents such insanity.

EVERYBODY Has a Mental Disorder (Apparently)

Anxiety Is Not A Mental Illness – YouTube

Matt Walsh had a great segment on the way individuals zealously defend their status as “mentally ill,” particularly with regards to anxiety, ADHD, and the like.

My Commentary: It’s a lot like Congress. EVERYBODY hates Congress as a whole (tons of polls show this). Yet, EVERYBODY re-elects their own Congress Creep virtually every time (incumbents hauve a 90% re-election rate). So, just like with mental illness, people will admit there is a problem with the concept universally (excessive diagnosis, exaggeration of the problem), but fail to recognize their PARTICULAR attachment to it.

At any rate, always examine your conscience, folks (and go to Confession!). God has many fun and wonderful ways of revealing our faults and frivolities to us. It’s simply a matter of whether we are willing to take a look. Oh, how many of the solutions to our festering problems are . . . hidden . . . in . . . plain . . . sight.

Bless Your Food . . . Bless ESSENTIAL OILS too!!!

Catholics know that they should bless their foods. Failing to do so not only reflects a lack of gratitude, but also leaves you vulnerable to the demonic. Consuming something infested with demons can have dire spiritual consequence up-to-and-including demonic possession.

This is also true of ESSENTIAL OILS. Fr. Ripperger explains how the oils themselves are morally neutral (and beneficial for usage), but they have been the target of evildoers who put spells and hexes on them. Always know where you oils and medicines originate and get them blessed (or at least do the food blessing on them).

Wicked Forces Shut Down “Truth Over Fear Summit”

It’s Time For Fighting Back – YouTube

Patrick Coffin is interviewed in regards to the censorship of his collaborative COVID summit, a huge webinar featuring dozens of medical researchers and practitioners.

Why were they shut down suddenly? They committed the crime of questioning the mainstream narrative on COVID mandates, facemasks, and vaccines.

Don’t worry though. There will be a Truth Over Fear 2, starting tomorrow through the weekend.

Beginner Home Workout Program

I’ve had people approach me wanting me to make a workout program for folks trying to get back into shape, usually without needing to visit a gym. I believe this would work well for both sexes too. It assumes you do not have major disabilities.

Here is what I’ve made:

Workout Program

So, the gist of this is to give you something that is doable and doesn’t chew up a ton of time. I myself do not like spending huge portions of the day exercising inefficiently. Here’s a suggested workout schedule:

Monday: Walk at least 30 minutes outside. Try to go 60 minutes. You DO NOT have to do that crazy power walking where you see women swinging their arms like an SS soldier. Keep a brisk pace, don’t go super-fast but don’t move like a turtle either. If it rains, you might not be able to do so. If you have an indoor track somewhere, I would utilize that. Make sure you have good shoes.

Tuesday: Upper Body Calisthenics. You may not have equipment, but that’s fine. A lot can be accomplished with nothing more than a little space (outdoors or indoors). Here are some exercises –

  • Push-Ups – do 10 of these.
    • This might not seem like much. That’s because you should do them SLOWLY and with full range of motion. Don’t do those puny ones where you don’t touch the floor. It’s better to do fewer push-ups with good form than a ton of sloppy ones.
  • Bench Dips – do 12 of these
  • Alternating Thigh Taps – do this until FAILURE (when you’re too tired to continue doing more).
    • This is actually more ab oriented, but it also gets rotation of the shoulders, which is critical. You don’t want bad shoulders. Here is how to do it: https://youtu.be/9DqQ5GfZth4
  • Incline Push-Ups – do 15 of these
  • External Rotations – do 12 of these on each side; this is critical for shoulder health as well.

Do five sets of these. Try to take no more than 30 to 60 seconds between sets. Your goal is do the workout, exhaust yourself (don’t leave a lot left in the tank), train the muscle groups, and be done with it.

Wednesday: Lower Body Calisthenics. When it comes to “leg day,” you probably only want to do this training once per week. Leg muscles take longer to heal (especially glutes), so you don’t want to overdo it, especially considering that walking on the other days exerts the legs as well. The main things to focus on with legs are squatting and lunging. Here are some exercises –

Do five sets of these. Try to take no more than 30 to 60 seconds between sets. Your goal is do the workout, exhaust yourself (don’t leave a lot left in the tank), train the muscle groups, and be done with it.

Thursday: Same as Monday

Friday: Same as Tuesday (upper body training can be done twice a week; just make sure you give at least 48 hours of rest)

Saturday: Same as Monday

Sunday: Same as Monday or take a rest day. I walk basically everyday unless the weather sucks, but you’ll have to gauge your stamina level and that sort of thing. The point is not to do a certain amount of anything, but to do what will challenge and fully exert you without causing you to fall apart.

Key Takeaways: Notice that this doesn’t involve excessive training several days a week. I’m of the opinion that most people over-train and demoralize themselves with injuries as a result. You also probably notice that it involves a lot of walking. I’m convinced more and more that this is one of the simplest and least taxing ways to train your body. It’s great for posture too. I rarely do much other cardio these days. If I do, it’s not hours of jogging all over the place. As far as those exercises go, if you don’t understand any of them, check out the video demonstrations. There are plenty of YouTube folks who make demos and explanations. If anything gets too easy, research more advanced exercises or you could always reduce the amount of time you take in between sets. Be sure to hustle.

Dietary Suggestions: Like you’ve heard me say before, this is the area that makes the most difference. It’s 75% of the equation. You’ll hear people say, “you can’t out-train a bad diet.” I would look at your sugar consumption (including sugar-like substances) and attack that. This could mean fasting from ALL sugar for every day but Sunday. You might not be ready for that yet. Another approach could be limiting all sweet drinks to no more than one per day. Also, I would focus on eating whole foods that you get from a grocery store, less restaurants. Meat and eggs are my weapon of choice. I think it’s what satiates men the best and they’re free from carbs. Carbs are generally a problem for most people.

What should you eat before/after workouts? For walking, it’s irrelevant. If you want to do more intense cardio at some point (I do sprints sometimes), don’t eat anything before cardio. You might drink coffee for the energy, but don’t eat anything before cardio. Fasted cardio is the best approach. For upper-body/lower-body training, make sure you’ve eaten somewhat recently beforehand so that you have some fuel, but I focus more on what to eat after the workout. You’ll want to have some protein of some sort and you will want to eat within 30 minutes (at least within 60 minutes) of a calisthenic workout. It helps a lot in terms of getting the muscles to heal and grow effectively.
